Firstly, we will take a full body approach to improving your health, recognising the interconnectedness of the body. We will look at your life and your health as a whole rather than thinking only of your symptoms or diagnosis. This full body approach starts with a focus on our digestive health because our gut health determines our ability to digest food and utilise nutrients.

Secondly, we will recognise your uniqueness. We are all different, and this impacts all aspects of health and nutrition. In considering “food as medicine” one person’s food may be another person’s poison. By taking an individual approach, I will help you design your unique path to wellness including a customised diet and lifestyle plan that supports your goals for wellness.

Thirdly, we will take a functional nutrition approach to healing through gentle healthy diet and lifestyle changes. We will focus on many aspect of your health and wellbeing such as decreasing inflammation, improving nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, self-care and exercise. Each session we will explore aspects of your life and you will set yourself challenges to help you thrive.
