12 Week Health Engineering Program

Through my Discovery Program, you will move the dial of your health. We will focus on healing you so you:

Sleep well and wake up refreshed, energised, and positive about your day.
Learn which foods support you and which ones don’t, so you end up with a food plan that you love, nurtures you and makes you feel great.
Create blood sugar balance and hormonal balance, and notice the difference to your symptoms and energy.
Explore ways to move to enable you to enjoy exercise in a way that suits you.
Learn to appreciate who you are and the journey of health you are on.
Develop new self-care practices that support you and provide you with tender loving care.
Help your brain come out of the fog and thrive again.
Set you free from habits and addictions that no longer serve you.
Move beyond the struggles of your condition to live the life you were meant to live.

FEES: $3,000 payable upon booking

With me working as your partner in health, you’ll have the support and guidance essential to transforming health. Together we will discuss what is happening with your body and plan a personalised program with the action steps to restore balance and start thriving in life again!

Building on top of the Discovery Program to take you to the next level of health.

All Advanced Programs follow the same 12 Weekly Zoom Session Format.

During this program we take all the learnings from your Discovery Program and then shift the focus onto deeper modalities of healing, helping you achieve a balanced, happy, life while fixing imbalances and underlying deeper issues.

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept our Terms and Conditions as detailed below:

Your Coach is Helen Cross

The coaching services provided to you will include a supportive, comprehensive process for addressing my health and wellbeing.
You acknowledge that the Health Engineering Program is not counselling or psychotherapy. Coaching is its own unique process that draws on strategies for vision attainment. Your Coach will serve as a guide in this unique process. If your Coach believes at any point that therapy services are necessary, then your Coach may raise this with you for further discussion.

DISCLOSURE & LIABILITY

The Health Engineering Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and it is not intended as medical advice; and
Your Coach is not a health practitioner in accordance with the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (as stated below), both your Coach and Cross Ventures Limited expressly disclaim all liability with respect to actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the information or other contents of the Health Engineering Program.
You confirm that you will seek the advice of your doctor if you have any questions relating to either a medical condition or your health, and always prior to starting dietary routines, exercise or supplements.
Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

SERVICES AND FEES

You understand that this agreement to participate in the Health Engineering Program means:

You consent to regular coaching sessions on the basis noted above either in person or via video conference. Sessions will be recorded.
You understand that participation in the Health Engineering Program is voluntary
You understand that the Fees are payable in advance.
For cancellations up to two weeks prior to a program commencing, a full refund less $350 admin fee will be given.
For cancellations within two weeks of a program commencing or during the program will receive no refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You understand that your role is to make all appointments or calls on time, and you will call or email at least a week ahead to reschedule if an unavoidable conflict arises for me.
Rescheduled appointments must take place within three months of the original booking or will be deemed completed.
You understand that if you do not participate fully in the Health Engineering Program, including if you fail to make your appointments/calls, your Coach may no longer be able to provide the services of the Health Engineering Program to you.

CONSENT

You understand that in seeking the services of a Coach, you acknowledge that, like most people, you may need a new perspective to progress towards a vision that you have not been able to reach on your own. In those cases, it may seem your Coach is asking probing questions or nudging you beyond an old “comfort zone,” and you may experience temporary emotional discomfort in those moments. You agree that it is your responsibility to tell your Coach what works and what doesn’t work, and to be honest about how you would like to be coached.
You affirm that you are fully responsible for the choices and decisions in your life.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.
